  • Important: A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process claims for shipping damage.

b. Quality Issues

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, such as a misprint, poor quality, or other noticeable flaws, we will replace or exchange the item at no additional cost.

c. Incorrect Website Link Configuration or Spelling Errors

  • If there are issues with website links, QR code functionality, or spelling errors on the product that occurred due to our oversight, we will resolve the issue through a replacement or reprinting.

    • For Shipping Damage clear unboxing video required. do not accept parcel if it seems to be damage at time of delivery.
